Ming Dynasty Terracotta Carving

Royal Procession Carving from the Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644 AD. Included is a green and light brown glazed terracotta royal carriage with 6 bearers of same color. They are shown on a black lacquered wood display base which is included for your display.

Among the bearers are Monks, one playing the drum. The covered chair was held high by the bearers for the comfort of the elite person who rode inside.

Dimensions:
The carriage is 8 ½" tall and 4 ½" wide.

The bearers are 7-8" tall.
